I have lived in the village for over 20 years, all three of our children went to St. Mary’s School and were all baptised in St Mary’s Church. My wife has lived here for nearly 50 years and we were married in St. Mary’s Church.
I am a teacher working in Bristol, commuting every day by bike. I have a keen interest in all aspects of Active Travel, seeing it as a way to not only improve our mental and physical health but also to lessen the environmental impact of essential journeys.
I love living in a rural community so close to a busy city and reaping the benefits of being within 15 minutes of the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but also of being a few minutes away from being in some astounding examples of nature at its very best.
