Here are some emergency contact numbers that you might find useful.
North Somerset Council 01934 622 669 out of hours calls - and 01934 888 888 for normal hours.
You can also contact North Somerset Council via a job request on this page, NB you wil need to create an account for yourself first. This service can be used to report flooding, fallen trees, fly tipping , potholes, missed waste collections and a lot more.
Wessex Water 0345 600 4 600 - use this number in the case of sewage leaks or loss of water supply.
Western Power/National Grid 08006783105 - for electrical power losses or other emergency situations
National Grid, gas leaks - 0800 111 999 - this is separate from the number above for electrical issues
Bristol Water - 0345 702 3797
Environmemt Agency - 0800 80 70 60 for any pollution incidents or 0345 988 1188 for flooding in major rivers (not our streams)
Note that in the case of emergencies regarding just your own property it's quicker and more helpful if you have your account details available. If you have simple billing queries on anything you should contact the number as directed on your latest bill.
