New Local Plan 2038
The consultation on the new North Somerset Local Plan to 2038 has now closed. There has been a government review of the methodology for allocation housing numbers in each Local Authority and this may change things for North Somerset. Meanwhile the new plan awaits approval and final publication. The next step is expected to occur on July 2023 with final pubication occurring in late 2023.
